President's Circle

President’s Circle

The President’s Circle recognizes alumnae/i and friends who make annual leadership gifts of $1,000 or more to any area of Dominican University.

Yearly leadership gifts promote the promise of a Dominican education—a promise that ensures a quality education and abundant opportunities are available to all students.

You can make a leadership gift at the President’s Circle level or renew your past support by visiting the Make a Gift page or calling (708) 524-6298. Recurring giving options on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis are also available. Monthly gifts of just $84 qualify for President’s Circle.

Annual giving can have a remarkable impact at many levels:

$10,000 (Patron Level)
Tuition increases cannot keep up with the rising cost of education. Gifts at this level allow Dominican to remain accessible to outstanding students from all walks of life.

$5,000 (Benefactor Level)
An annual gift at this level has as much impact in one year (assuming 5 percent growth) as a $100,000 gift to the endowment.

$2,500 (Sustaining Member Level)
A gift at this level provides stipends for students to study away/abroad. For some, travel expenses are prohibitive and do not allow for the opportunity to study in a culturally enriching location for one semester.

$1,000 (General Member Level)
The cost of one university credit hour is roughly $980. Gifts at this level have an impressive impact in affording students the ability to complete their education.
