Senior Class Gift

Participation Matters

As a current student, you know firsthand the quality of a Dominican education. But you may not know that your tuition does not cover the full cost of your education.

Gifts from faculty, staff, parents, friends, and especially alumnae/i to the Annual Fund supported scholarships, financial aid, study abroad programs, service learning programs, athletics, student life and so much more during your years at Dominican.

Be part of the senior class gift campaign, a longstanding Dominican tradition in which graduating seniors and their parents make a financial gift to your soon-to-be alma mater. These gifts are collected and presented to the President during the Candle & Rose Ceremony the evening before graduation.

In honor of the class of 2012, we recommend a minimum gift of $20.12, but it is truly your participation that matters most. Your participation says to the faculty, staff, fellow students—and the 22,000 alumnae/i who preceded you—that you are grateful for the education you received and proud to be a Dominican alumna/us.

You can make your senior class gift any time this academic year. Make your gift online.

Continuing your Commitment

We hope that your senior class gift is just the beginning of your philanthropy for Dominican.

As Dominican continues to grow in size, scope and recognition, the value of your degree increases. What’s more, a high percentage of alumnae/i giving helps Dominican’s U.S. News and World Report rankings, again, increasing the value of your Dominican degree. So when you get a letter, e-mail or phone call asking for your support, please say yes!

Congratulations, Class of 2012! Thank you for supporting Dominican.
