Awards
We recognize alumnae/i achievements, gifts, and service. You are invited to submit nominations for the following awards:

  • The Caritas et Veritas Award recognizes an outstanding graduate whose life reflects Dominican's motto. It is awarded to a reunion celebrant at the Reunion Awards Dinner each June. Nomination form.

  • The GOLD Award recognizes an outstanding graduate of the last decade who has shown leadership in a career or occupation and in volunteer service. It is awarded to a reunion celebrant at the Reunion Awards Dinner each June. Nomination form.

  • The African/African American Heritage Award honors a Dominican University alumna/us whose life and work follows the mission of pursuing truth and giving compassionate service. It is awarded during the African/African American Heritage Reception each February. Nomination form.

  • The Hispanic Heritage Award honors a Latina/o Dominican University alumna/us whose life and work follows the mission of pursuing truth and giving compassionate service. It is awarded during the Hispanic Heritage Reception each October. Nomination form.

  • The O'Keefe Outstanding Volunteer Achievement Award is presented to a dedicated alumna/us for her/his life-long advocacy of Dominican University. It is awarded at the Caritas Volunteer Reception each April. Nomination form.

  • The Exemplary Service Award is presented to volunteers who give extraordinary service to Dominican and, in so doing, exemplify the spirit of the university. It is awarded at the Caritas Volunteer Reception each April. Nomination form.
