Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL)
Dominican University awards the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership to adults who complete the accelerated degree prgram through School of Leadership and Continuing Studies. This is a fully recognized degree earned from a regionally accredited institution. Founded in 1901, Dominican University offers more than 50 undergraduate academic programs and nine graduate programs offered through four graduate schools. The university is accredited by the North Central Association and serves over 3,000 students a year.
How long will it take to complete the degree program?
There is no pre-set time limit for completion of your degree, but it is expected that you will show steady progress either by taking courses, passing proficiency examinations, or working on a Prior Learning Portfolio. Check with your advisor about how to get credit for your life experiences. The time needed to complete the degree will depend on the number of credit hours that you bring to the program and the number of hours you earn each session while in the program. In many respects, you set the pace.
