Jim Winikates is a retired partner of KPMG LLP.  As audit partner at KPMG LLP, he was responsible for audit engagements for a variety of businesses, with principal emphasis on publicly-held companies engaged in technology related businesses, financial services, and manufacturing and distribution. Audit clients served included several multinational Fortune 500 companies.  He has written several professional articles and been a speaker at various organization meetings.  He is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of the Illinois CPA Society.

Jim currently serves a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Forsythe Technology, Inc., and is also a member of the finance and audit committees of Resurrection Health Care.  He is past chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois and has been a board member of several other civic and charitable organizations.
