Carol Tallarico’s professional career has primarily focused on research in environmental economics. She recently co-authored “Cost Effective Control of Urban Smog: The Significance of the Chicago Cap-and-Trade Approach” published in 2006 as part of the Routledge Explorations in Environmental Economics series. In 2004, she presented her co-authored paper “The Chicago VOC Trading System: The Consequences of Market Design for Performance” at the MIT Energy and Environmental Policy Workshop at the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy.
Carol lives in Bristol, Wisconsin where she enjoys swimming, biking, playing beach volleyball,
and snowmobiling.
