Professor Shen has taught Introduction to Marketing, International Marketing, Marketing
Research and Asia in Transition. His professional fields of research include international
business, bundling, consumer judgment and decision making, e-commerce, and marketing strategy.
When he’s not teaching or researching, Michael is reading, traveling, playing tennis, hiking,
or swimming.
