Wayne Koprowski has served in various capacities during his business career including Vice President and General Counsel, Human Resources Manager, Real Estate Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer. As a senior executive, he was the number two officer in a NASDAQ manufacturing company. He was also a member of an Executive Management Committee and was appointed by the board of directors to serve as a member of a Retirement Committee responsible for over $400 million in assets.

Professor Koprowski is a former Marine officer and veteran. He and his wife Susan are long-time residents of Palatine, Illinois. They have three grown daughters.
